I didnt even know my fathers house was in foreclosure and it had to go through probate so I was lost especially living out of state. Honestly I didn’t even know the house was going to auction until Aaron reached out. He walked me through what was happening and explained options from keeping to selling. What surprised me most is he didn’t charge me anything when I asked why he basically said if I can afford to keep my home and its as simple as reinstating or paying off, why would he charge me. Hard to find people who actually mean that. I appreciate the help more than he probably realizes

He was always a phone call away and ready to answer any questions I had about the process. The biggest thing was he wasn’t pushy just available to help. He was there in person or by phone whenever I needed him.
