If the owner died and I’m related, what can I do?

What you can do right now depends on:

Do you charge any fees?

We don’t charge a fee just to review your situation or explore options.

If, during the process, you decide to work with another professional (such as for bankruptcy or legal matters), those professionals charge their own fees, which they’ll explain directly.

If a sale does occur, we are compensated as part of the transaction for the work involved in coordinating and completing that sale. There are no upfront consulting fees just to talk through your options.

Our goal is to help you choose the path that makes the most sense, not to push you into a paid solution.
